The Developing Leaders Committee was formed in 2010 with the mission of serving the chapter's members who are 35 and under by creating and planning programs and events that engage and benefit the chapter's future leaders. The committee is dedicated to accomplishing this through their four pillars of involvement - Education, Mentorship, Community Outreach, and Social/Networking. The Committee meets at the call of the chairmen.
