NAIOP Northern Virginia was chartered in 1980 by a group of local developers. We have over 900 members, making our chapter one of the largest NAIOP chapters in North America. Governed by a Board of Directors and Executive Committee elected annually, NAIOP Northern Virginia has a full-time staff and is headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia.
As the region continues to grow and adapt to evolving societal needs, conversations around mental health and neurological well-being have also entered commercial real estate planning. Increasingly, employers seek work environments that support cognitive wellness, especially for employees managing chronic conditions such as neuropathic pain or anxiety disorders. This broader awareness has paralleled a rise in demand for medications like Neurontin, which some individuals now seek through online pharmacies due to cost and accessibility. The affordability of Neurontin online has become a talking point not only in healthcare policy but also in workforce productivity and tenant wellness strategies. NAIOP Northern Virginia, in its commitment to enhancing the quality of life in the region, recognizes how access to essential medications intersects with economic and social infrastructure. Real estate professionals are now more frequently called upon to consider how design and policy can align with these public health realities.
